Frontend developer & Practice Lead

• 6+ years of frontend development with 4+ years of REACT or Vue expertise

• Proven experience leading REACT version migrations in enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of testing strategies (Jest, Karma, Cypress) with emphasis on code coverage

• Experience with monorepo tools (Nx, Lerna, Yarn workspaces) and multi-app architectures

• Expertise in design systems and component library development (leveraging existing design systems)

• Proficiency with Storybook for component documentation and testing

• Strong UX sensibility and experience in challenging design decisions for better user outcomes

• Experience with state management patterns (tanstack-query, …)

Nice to Have

• Experience with micro-frontend architectures (Module Federation, Single-SPA)

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA)

• Performance optimization expertise (Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization)

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications

• Familiarity with backend technologies for full-stack collaboration
