Customer Growth Expert / Inside Sales Expert

For this Customer Growth Expert role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Over 2 years of experience in the SaaS/tech industry with a focus on sales.

• Fluent, ideally native, in English (both written and spoken)

• Fluent or native in French

• Previous experience with Salesforce, Intercom, or another live chat/support software

• Strong skills in active listening, negotiation, prospecting, and upselling.

• Target driven

• Proactive attitude to help build inbound / outbound strategy

• Positive-minded and a team player

• Excellent writer and communicator

• Internet savvy with a strong interest in startups

• Remote enthusiast

We are looking for someone who can work in the Paris timezone (we accept a time difference of 2 hours maximum).
