Malt is entering a new phase of scale. We are accelerating our Tech and Product transformation with AI at its core. Our ambition is clear: build the most trusted and high-performing freelance marketplace for both companies and independent talent.

To achieve this, we’re looking for a Tech & Product Recruiter who will partner directly with our CTO, CPO and senior leadership to build the next generation of our Engineering, Data and Product teams. 

We’re looking for a recruiter who will lead hiring with an engineering approach: rigor, problem solving, analytical skills and continuous iteration. Someone who understands that hiring is one of the highest-leverage decisions a company makes.

Mission

• Help design and lead a Tech & Product hiring strategy that allows us to scale without compromising on talent density, execution speed or long-term organizational health.

• Act as a trusted partner — challenging scope, refining org design, and raising the talent bar at every level.

• Attract top profiles, from junior to senior level, and continuously strengthening how we hire.

- Onboarding: Before easing into your new role, you’ll spend your first week learning about our culture, products, and services with other new joiners at our office in Paris

- Equity: Every Malter is entitled to stock options
