Candidates should have at least 4 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong understanding of modern development practices and workflows. Experience with technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, TypeScript, or cloud platforms is preferred. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
