Who you are

You combine product vision with real coding experience. You're as comfortable shaping a roadmap with management as you are opening a pull request with an engineer.

You'll likely have:

Experience as a CTO, tech lead or product engineer at a startup or scale-up, owning both product and code.

Strong full-stack coding skills, ideally with production Ruby on Rails.

Product vision: you connect business needs to technical decisions and talk confidently with clients and leadership.

Hands-on, daily use of AI coding tools and agents, and experience bringing those ways of working to a team.

Experience setting up CI/CD, testing and code review in a small team.

Enjoyment of working closely with operators and helping a team grow.

Comfort working in English
