Description
The role
We are hiring a Blockchain Engineer to design and implement smart contracts and chain integrations. You will work closely with backend and product teams to ship secure, production-ready on-chain systems. This is a hands-on role focused on correctness, gas efficiency, and operational safety.
What you'll do
- Design and implement smart contracts
- Integrate on-chain systems with backend and frontend services
- Write tests, deployment scripts, and upgrade paths
- Review contract security and operational risks
- Support indexing, events, and transaction monitoring
- Collaborate on token, custody, and market flows
What we're looking for
Must-have experience and skills for this role.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong Solidity or equivalent smart contract experience
- Understanding of EVM fundamentals and common patterns
- Experience with Hardhat / Foundry (or similar)
- Ability to reason about security and edge cases
- Comfort collaborating with backend and product teams
Nice to have
- Audit experience or formal verification exposure
- L2 networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
- ethers.js / web3.js integrations
- RWA, DeFi, or fintech product experience
