Requirements
- Proven track record building and scaling high-traffic B2C consumer apps, with millions of active users and real product impact
- Startup or scale-up DNA: you've navigated fast iteration cycles, ambiguity, and aggressive growth targets; you know what "moving fast without breaking things" actually means
- Proven experience leading mobile teams in product-driven, high-velocity environments
- Still deeply technical : you can roll up your sleeves, contribute to the codebase, and meaningfully challenge your engineers on architecture, performance, and trade-offs
- Strong product and business mindset : you think in terms of user impact, retention, and engagement, not just engineering tickets
- Data-driven leadership : you make decisions based on metrics, analytics, and business outcomes
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Design, QA, and Backend
- Fluent in English / French is a plus
Nice to Have
- Expertise in streaming video, media frameworks, and real-time content delivery
- Experience with AI/ML integration in mobile applications
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and conversion optimization
- Active involvement in mobile engineering communities or open-source contributions
